As part of the cooperation:

  • the investor purchased the charging station from us (Alpitronic Hypercharger HYC_200),
  • we provided technical advisory services,
  • we carried out installation, commissioning, as well as warranty and operational acceptance (UDT) of the device
  • we completed system integration,
  • we assumed full operator service for the location.

Currently, the station operates in the Elocity application as a publicly available charging point, and our company acts as the operator on behalf of the owner. For the investor, this means one thing: maintenance-free infrastructure generating revenue.

An important element of this investment was also the conscious choice of the device manufacturer. The investor selected the Alpitronic charging station – the Hypercharger HYC_200 model – guided by its reputation, high reliability, and long-term durability of components. As the official distributor of Alpitronic in Poland, we provide full technical and manufacturer service support, which gives the owner additional operational security. For the investor, this means not only high quality and stable performance of the equipment for years, but also minimisation of downtime risk and unforeseen, costly repairs.

Comprehensive Support Under the Partnership Agreement

For a monthly fee, we provide the owner with comprehensive technical, system, and administrative support – from ensuring the station’s connectivity with the system and payment processing, through its visibility in the Elocity application as a public charging point, to operational monitoring, maintenance in required registers, 24/7 user support, and full settlements with drivers. As a result, the investor does not need to engage in ongoing operational service or formal matters. At the same time, they receive access to the sub-operator panel, where they can independently set prices and continuously analyse charging sessions and revenues, as well as receive monthly reports summarising financial results. The Hazel partnership model therefore combines full control over the investment with minimal time commitment from the owner.

High-Potential Location

The location of the station at Mochtyńska 87 is one of its greatest advantages – it is situated right next to the Toruń Route (S8), which provides quick and convenient access for both local and transit traffic. It is an ideal route for drivers from Białołęka and Targówek, as well as for all those traveling along the S8 who are looking for an efficient and comfortable charging point. In the immediate vicinity of the station there are service points where one can, among other things, quickly grab a snack or take something to go while charging the vehicle. This increases the convenience for users of this location. As a result, a charging break can simultaneously be an opportunity to quickly purchase a drink, snack, or other basic items, allowing the time spent at the station to be used efficiently.

100% Renewable Energy

The station at Mochtyńska 87 is powered entirely by renewable energy supplied by Polenergia, one of the largest private renewable energy producers in Poland. This means that the energy used to charge vehicles comes from renewable energy sources – including wind and photovoltaic farms – which allows for a real reduction of CO₂ emissions throughout the entire lifecycle of an electric vehicle.

In practice, this translates into a lower carbon footprint for each charging session and greater alignment with the idea of zero-emission transport. This is becoming increasingly important not only for environmentally conscious private users, but also for corporate fleets implementing ESG strategies, reporting emissions within Scope 2, and striving for transport decarbonization.
